Huang Ning — Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of Scientific and Technological Development Strategy of China, Doctor of Economics. His research areas include science and technology innovation policy, globalization, and international scientific and technological cooperation. In recent years, Huang Ning has published one monograph, compiled five books, authored 30 academic articles, and prepared 90 policy research reports. He has led a number of projects and participated in more than 40 national, provincial, and ministerial-level projects.
